Having a manager on demand gives you access to insights and help at the moment you need it without having to sacrifice all of your earnings, being locked into a contract and risk being “one of many” in a large agency where you compete for deals internally.
I have worked on both the brand side and the agent side. This has given me valuable experience on how brands operate when it comes to creators and athletes, and how they allocate their budgets and what’s reasonable.
I’ll help you through the negotiation process making sure that you’re being paid what you’re worth. With my industry experience, I have up-to-date insights about the landscape and how to navigate it.
Who is this for?
It’s for anyone who doesn’t need a full-time manager but every now and then a more complex opportunity comes along and might need a second pair of eyes.
It’s also a good opportunity if you’re on the brink of potentially needing a full-time manager, but have not found the right one yet.
I also work with a lot of people who get their first deals and want to make sure that they’re not selling themselves short.
The financial side of things
My fee is 20% of the financial value of the deal. However, I only get paid if the
deal goes through. If there’s no deal you don’t pay.
How does this work?

You reach out with information about yourself and the opportunity.

I’ll share an NDA, and once it is signed by both parties, we can get started.

You’ll send through the details of the opportunity and we’ll jump on a call for an initial discussion.

I’ll share the contract for the deal between us.

I’ll review the opportunity in detail and prepare a suggested plan for the negotiation in regard to deliverables and budget.

You CC me in as your manager and I share what we agreed on. Please note that the contract states that I’ll never talk with the brand without your approval, so you’ll stay in control the whole time.

When the deal has been locked in I assist in managing deadlines, gathering feedback, and ensuring the deal progresses smoothly.
